About Our Founder
Steve Elkinson brings over 40 years of hands-on experience in the promotional products industry. Since 1986, he has owned and operated multimillion-dollar distributorships and understands firsthand what it takes to grow, scale, and lead successfully.
Steve founded Promoco, growing it into a $3 million business before selling it in 1997 to a $20 million Boston-based print and promotions company. Within five years, he expanded that division to $6 million. Promoco also owned and operated an embroidery company and previously a silk-screen operation.
Steve later launched Promotional Partners, a second ASI distributorship that has successfully served a wide range of clients for more than 18 years. Along the way, he also built a successful career in real estate development—bringing a broad business perspective to every engagement.
Today, Steve works with motivated owners who want to make smarter strategic decisions and improve the performance of their sales teams.

Fractional VP of Sales & COO Package
300 hours of Zoom and in-person consulting
- $175/hour (lowest hourly rate)
- Must be used within one year of signing
- Designed for owners and sales teams needing consistent weekly access
- Best value for companies with more than three sales reps
- $52,500 investment (averages ~$1,000/week)
Additional Details
- All packages are upgradable within an agreed time frame
- Additional hours (20–100) are billed at $225/hour

50% due at signing, with $1,500 payments at 30 and 60 days - Strategic & Sales Package:

Travel & On-Site Consulting
- In-person consulting beyond 100 miles from Marlboro, MA is subject to travel time hourly credit
- Overnight travel, if required, is billed at cost
